Who We Are
A little bit of history
At The Renovations Team, we put an emphasis on strong leadership as well as constructing your dream to the best standard. We ensure that our site team is up to date with health and safety training to ensure their safety, while also ensuring that our office team is keeping up-to-date with the most recent industry innovations, while also sending them on different courses for the betterment of themselves and the company, which ultimately betters the client.
Being part of this all above makes us proud, different, committed and devoted to what we do. Every new client and project is treated with the same dose of care, attention and a personally dedicated manager, helping you sleep well every night during the process of renovation.
Our managers are always happy to bring you support in any matter from the very beginning of a potential meeting to the end of the work on your project.
The company was founded over 7 years ago by Tom Milenda, who was always inspired by beautiful architecture and interior design
Through his years of experience hands on as a builder and dedicated self study, he allows his clients to put trust in his his hands to fully satisfy the their needs. These clients are open to share their experience with The Renovations Team upon request.
Creating the company enabled him to fulfill his dreams as well as the dreams of all of his clients. With a family of his own, Tom shares an understanding with family orientated clients. The comfort of clients during big renovations is always considered.
How we work
At The Renovations Team, we usually arrange an on-site visit to understand your vision, and also get a feel of the space we will be transforming. We usually like to arrange a ZOOM call with one of our designers to make you feel comfortable at the beginning stages.
We work with various specialists. From architects, to stone specialists to interior designers and experts in Feng Shui, we’d love to provide you with the best possible options to make your home truly yours. Whether it’s minimalist or expressive, we’ll suit to your many needs and wants.
Taking an action
After the right architect has been chosen, we go back to the work on drawings to provide you with a couple of initial drafts to give you a basic feeling of what is feasible.
